As a LEED® Platinum development, Olympic Village was conceived and built as one of the most sustainable communities in North America. Olympic Village integrates cutting edge technologies with time honoured best practices to create a truly unique development.

Working together with several different architects, we were actively involved in the green initiatives used throughout the Olympic Village private parcels. We played the lead role in the design of the water features, rain harvesting systems, green roofs and the design of both the hard and soft landscape, integral to the the design of the buildings.
